Plant Power!

Oceania Debuts
Plant-Based Cuisine
Plant-based cashew, mushrooms & kelp noodle salad

As part of its OceaniaNEXT program, an initiative to elevate every facet of the Oceania Cruises guest experience, guests can now savor “The Finest Cuisine at Sea,” which includes the addition of plant-based power foods and 200 new healthy menu selections. In addition to current gourmet offerings, plant-based choices will be available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner in The Grand Dining Room and Terrace Café.

What’s more, guests will enjoy plant-based options during dinner service in each of Oceania’s specialty restaurants. New menu offerings— developed by Oceania Cruises’ culinary team in concert with celebrity chef, culinary instructor, and author Christophe Berg—further elevate existing vegetarian selections. Additionally, Raw Juice and Smoothie Bar is located on the pool decks and serve raw, cold-pressed juices and vegan smoothies all morning long.

The new range of cuisine includes Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Italian, Malaysian, and more. Expect healthy power bowls and poke bowls, hearty pastas and pad Thai, and light and refreshing salads and soups. But you can also treat yourself to surprisingly decadent items like the Impossible Cheeseburger, truffle mac and cheese, and an apple-oatmeal crumble with plant-based vanilla ice cream and coco-vanilla cashew crème brûlée. Yum!
