The largest specialty restaurant on the ship, Compass Rose, will offer a tantalizing mix of new and familiar items. Guests can design their own entrée from preferred sides, sauces, pastas, and main features such as Black Angus filet mignon, New Zealand lamb chops, Maine lobster tail, and king sea scallops. The restaurant also has daily changing specials, as well as an extensive vegan and vegetarian menu. As the sun goes down and dinner is served, diners will be delighted by the floor-to-ceiling illumination of thousands of individually placed crystal-faceted leaves placed on a kaleidoscope of pillars and branches embracing the restaurant. The inaugural voyages of Seven Seas Grandeur^® will offer ideal escapes to tropical shores, historic cities, and romantic adventures, including trips into the deep blue waters of the Atlantic, crystalline seas of the Caribbean, and the glistening shores of the Mediterranean. An ocean crossing brings the ship west to begin a wonderous exploration of the Caribbean. And in the spring 2024, the ship will return to the Mediterranean to sail through the historic and made-for-cruising region.
