New dining aboard the Crystal Serenity® celebrates seasonally inspired fare.
To kick start the new year in delectable style, Crystal Cruises®’ Crystal Serenity® is debuting its new on-board culinary programs. Menus and restaurants have been revamped, and new concepts have been added to the ship’s already diverse cuisine.
The rebranded Umi Uma & Sushi Bar by Master Chef Nobu Matsuhisa marries high design with elevated food and wine. The famous chef’s unique Japanese-Peruvian fair will be handcrafted by Matsuhisa-trained chefs, and the concept remains the only Nobu restaurant at sea.
The new Waterside dining room serves a daily, seasonally inspired rotating menu of international and modern classics paired with fine wine, spirits, and beers. It’s central location (no need for reservations) makes this a go-to for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Additionally, the dining room features intimate seating for two and four with an updated art deco design.
A fresh venue for breakfast and lunch, Marketplace features an open-kitchen that dishes made-to-order favorites, like handmade pastas, fresh salads, and sandwiches. For dinner, try Churrascaria, where you’ll “travel” to South America and savor a variety of meat and ceviches. Marketplace also transforms into a Brazilian-style barbecue, where chefs take meats cooked directly from the grill and carve them tableside.
