Created by a team at La Maison Dom Perignon and Oceania’s culinary group, guests on trips spanning across Europe will have the option to experience this recently unveiled sophisticated and decadent culinary celebration.
The dining experience includes six gourmet courses of scallops, Brittany blue lobster, black truffle risotto, Wagyu beef, a cheese course, and “Geisha flower” ice cream, each paired with rare Dom Perignon vintages. The combinations were selected to complement each other and to bring out the best in both the champagne and its paired dish. This once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience is designed as an intimate affair, limited to just 24 guests.
